Company Overview The History of Latter-Day Bookstore: 1970s The Reeves family started the Latter-day Book Store in a converted coach on the London temple grounds. 1980s The Turvey family took over the reins and upgraded the coach into a portacabin. 1990 The Fagg family became the new owners and moved the Latter-day Book Store into the village of Godstone Surrey. 1998 The Fagg family opened a second LBS store in Chorley. 2002 The first UK web site www.ldsbookuk.com opens for business. 2013 The web site gets a big overhaul and facelift ready for… What next? 20th May 2014 The Latter-Day Bookstore baton was passed to the Grant family!! and The Latter-Day Bookstore & More is born... 17th July 2020 The Latter-Day Bookstore & More moved to new bigger premises. March 2024 The NEW website and system launched.
RETURNS Latter-Day Bookstore & More Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy: How To Return An Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 45 days of your purchase. 1. Please email info@ldsbookuk.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. 2. Collection will be arranged through our courier or you can drop the parcel off at one of their depots if that is more convenient to you. 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned and are not covered by the sale of goods act or distance selling laws. These include opened CD, DVD, Software, Personalised goods and perishable items. Merchandise that has been worn, read, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. The original price and standard shipping fee will be credited to you within 7 days of the parcel being returned. Exchanges If your item is in ‘like new’ condition, you may exchange for a different product, size or colour.

Please note that either a tracking number or a proof of purchase is available for all orders. You will also receive an email once the order has shipped. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Privacy Policy This policy covers how we use your personal information.
