How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 45 days of your purchase.
1. Please email info@ldsbookuk.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Collection will be arranged through our courier or you can drop the parcel off at one of their depots if that is more convenient to you.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned and are not covered by the sale of goods act or distance selling laws. These include opened CD, DVD, Sotware, Personalised goods and perishable items.
Merchandise that has been worn, read, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
The original price and standard shipping fee will be credited to you within 7 days of the parcel being returned.
Exchanges
If your item is in ‘like new’ condition, you may exchange for a different product, size or colour.
