Since the dawn of time evil has lurked in the hearts of men. From the very beginning a tug of war between good and evil was played out between those influenced by righteousness and those that adhered to Satan.

Thousands of years ago a secret covenant was established between Cain and Satan to help Cain inherit all of his brother Abel’s possessions. Cain murdered Abel and the plan succeeded. Cain was empowered with the title Master Mahan as a result. Then that title was passed down through generations to specific, individual leaders loyal to Satan.
The details of that covenant, including the ordinances required to draw on Satan’s dark powers were recorded in an ancient language. A manuscript was written on parchment that was only known to the Master Mahan. It was intended that, with the use of certain artifacts to assist its interpretation, the details would be inherited by each new Master Mahan through the ages. However, the artifacts were lost and the full powers of darkness could never be called down until they were found.
Thousands of years later, in the ancient Americas, even though the full covenant was not available, parts of the pact were discovered and were used to overthrow governments by the formation of what was known as a ‘secret combination’, a Satanic society called King-Men. After usurping the free government this brotherhood would place a King at the head of the nation and the King would establish his King-Men to rule over principalities of the entire nation. The rule was always barbaric and involved the persecution of the poor and anyone who opposed the King.
Centuries later a clever plan is being prepared by a man who will spare no one in his quest to gain control of the British nation from his position next to the throne. He plans to overthrow the democratic government and to establish modern day King-Men to rule the people.
Matt Foxton is a theology student studying to become an Anglican Priest. He stumbles across an ancient artifact that inadvertently sets in motion a series of events that threaten to dramatically accelerate the overthrow of the British government.
The man at the centre of the conspiracy immediately recognizes the value of the artifacts that have been found. He can now become the Master Mahan and, if he can obtain them, he can set his sights way beyond the control of just one government.
Caught in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse, against an enemy he is still trying to identify, Foxton enlists the help of two trusted friends and a young woman who may not be who she appears to be. One of his friends, Mo Thor, is a Mormon bishop and he has a deep understanding of just how dangerous the treacherous this satanic scheme has become.
Racing against time to unravel the conspiracy Foxton also enlists the help of several university professors but he’s never sure who can be trusted. Already too many people are involved and as the race intensifies it becomes a murderous quest for ultimate dominion and power.
