Ohhhhhh this book. So full of beauty, simplicity, and the life of Christ wrapped up into pages full of beautiful hand-painted imagery and rhymes. Savior, The Story of Jesus Christ was written and illustrated by two women who have children of their own and were searching for a children’s book that explained the life of the Savior in a simple, lasting way. They couldn’t find one that met their children’s needs, so they created one! 

I purchased the premium hardcover (the pages are thick, water-resistant, and durable for crazy kiddos). They also have an everyday softcover version.
